Our Cyprus kayaking routes selection
Cyprus is the homeland of Aphrodite, the Greek Goddess of love and beauty. The island is beautiful. It has considerable habitat variety for its size and is rich in biodiversity. Its coastline is about 650 km long and has a plethora of beaches as well as rugged stretches. While much of the coastline is developed with resorts, hotels, villas, marinas and organised beaches, there are hundreds of kilometers that remain relatively untouched, some of which are very beautiful and offer considerable variety. Moderate climate and safety make it an excellent destination for slow coastal expolation on kayaks or similar watercraft.
Cyprus Walks Etc introduces a selection of lovely day kayaking routes around the whole island, from Karpasia to Akamas, from Pissouri to Cape Greko.
The collection below includes photos ofkayaking routes that we consider beautiful on our Cyprus. Some of the routes as rather unique on the island, eg Aphrodite's Rock, the White Cliffs of Pissouri or Ayia Napa Sea Caves. Others, like the north west coast of Akamas are representative of a number of beautiful stretches found in Cyprus.
We would like to invite you to explore our beautiful Cyprus. Cyprus Walks Etc operates standard bookable guided walking trips for some of the routes. At the same time, we organise customised guided kayaking trips for a big selection of routes in Cyprus (you are welcomed to discuss your trip with us via email , whatsapp chat, or phone).
