Cyprus MapsBoth our walking as well as our cycling routes focus on 'authentic' Cyprus, the part that luckily has survived the invasion of mass tourism on the island. Authentic Cyprus is found largely in Troodos mountains, Paphos Forest and the Akamas peninsula.
Troodos makes a significant part of Cyprus, between Paphos, Limassol and Larnaca in the west to south side of Cyprus, Polis in the north west and relatively near to Nicosia (which lies in the central Mesaoria plain). The village of (Pano) Platres is (one of) the main resort(s) in Troodos and lies very close to its peak, mount Olympus which reaches nearly 2,000 m / 6,500 f. Troodos mountains have an extraordinary richness of cultural and natural heritage, with Unesco World Heritage painted churches, well preserved stone-built villages, luscious valleys, Venetian medieval bridges, deep forests and much more.

Our self-guided customers are provided with GPS readings (their use is highly recommended) and depending on the service, printed maps that we produced or customise. The maps and the complementary text that we provide are also useful tools for the walkers and/or cyclists to navigate the walking and/or cycling routes that we design.
